TITANIUM ANODE BASKETS
Titanium Anode Baskets are available in various shapes and sizes like round, rectangular and tray form. These baskets are fabricated from Titanium sheets and meshes and provide an easy flow of electrolytes.
TITANIUM HEATING / COOLING COIL
Heating and Cooling Coils are manufactured from mill products as per ASTM standards and are leak tested. Normally coils are made out of ½” dia - 2 ½” dia pipes or tubes as per ASTM B 337/338, Gr.1 or 2, applicable to chemical, electroplating and metal finishing industries to heat or cool the chemical bath. We also manufacture special sizes and shapes like superfine ‘U’ coils. We manufacture the coils out of Titanium, Tantalum, Nickel and Zirconium mill products.
TITANIUM HEATERS
Titanium Heaters provide longer service and durability under severe electrolytic conditions. Heater casings are produced from pure Titanium pipes, tubes and sheets as per ASTM B 337, 338, and 265 Gr. ½, duly welded as per ASTM Standards and are also leak tested. We also manufacture heaters made out of Zirconium, applicable to Sulfuric acid.
THERMO WELL AND SLEEVES
Thermowell/Sleeves are designed to meet specific standards established by BSI, DIN, ASME, and ISO 9001. These are manufactured in-house from traceable exotic Nickel and its alloys.
