Machined Components and Site Welding
Machining and Site Welding of Processing Equipments and its Components are made out of Reactive and Special Metals like Titanium (Grades 1, 2, 5 and 7), Tantalum, Niobium, Zirconium, Monel, Inconel, Hastelloy (B and C-276), Nickel and its Alloys.
SHAFT AND SLEEVES
We manufacture Shafts and Sleeves made out of Titanium Rods according to ASTM standards. These are used in Chemicals, Paper, Sugar, Petrochemical and Fertilizer Industries. We also manufacture Shafts and Sleeves out of Titanium, Tantalum, Zirconium, Hastalloy, Niobium, Nickel and its alloys.
FASTENERS
Fasteners are made out of Titanium Grade 1 and 2, Titanium 6A14 - V-Gr 5, Ti-Pd Gr-7, Tantalum, Niobium, Zirconium, Hastalloy - B, B2, C276 & 2000, Nickel, Monel, Inconel, etc. We manufacturer all types of Screws like Socket Head, Set, Slot, Crub, Sealing and all types of Washers. Hex Socket Cap, Cheese Round Pan, Counter Sunk Head, Hexagon Nylock Castle, Lock Nuts, Cap Nuts, Hexagonal and Hex with Cupped points, Studs and Studding Threads can be cut or rolled. These are available in M3- M36 (1/8” – 11/2”) size. Larger size and special items can be made on request.
FLANGE
Flanges are made out of Titanium Gr - 1 and 2, Titanium 6A14V-Gr5, Ti-PcGr-7, Tantalum, Niobium, Zirconium, Hastalloy-B, B2, C276 & 2000, Nickel, Monel Inconel, etc. We also manufacture and customize special types of products according to our customers’ requirements. Various types of Flanges are DIN and ANSI Flanges such as Weld Neck, Blind, Slip-on, Lap Joint, Socket Weld among others. The Standard and Non-standard “one-off” products are available in a wide range from Seamless to Welded pipe fittings like elbow, tee, union, coupling, reducer, half-coupling, pipe cap, plug, bush, nipple, bend, stub end, flanges and threaded fittings manufactured at ½” nb to 6” nd.
